• Barbacoa Beef: Smoky, spicy shredded beef.
• Carne Asada Beef: Fajita-style beef with peppers and onions.
• Chicken Tinga: Grilled chicken thighs with chipotles, fresh tomatoes, and onions.
• Pork Al Pastor: Tangy, tropical slow-roasted shredded pork.
• Shrimp: Juicy shrimp in a saucy sauté of mixed peppers, onions, garlic, and lime.
• Vegetarian: A vegan mix of grilled corn, red peppers, onions, and poblanos.
• Jackfruit: Stewed pulled jackfruit in a garlicky chile sauce (vegan).
